Lauren’s dedication to the fitness industry sets her apart from the rest. Lauren is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Services, Education, and Public Policy. However, Lauren’s true passion and drive comes from fitness. Her interest in personal training stems from her lifelong participation in many sports including soccer, volleyball, dance and lacrosse. Coaching girls volleyball has sparked her passion for training athletes. Lauren offers lifestyle coaching, personal training, and small group circuit training classes. Her clients’ progress and health are top priority.

“I am extremely excited to share my vision and personal beliefs with others on their journey to reach their goals and take their fitness level to new heights.” Lauren has a variety of certifications which include; ECA, ACE, CSCS, CPR, First Aid, and IMPACT Coaching. Lauren has gained training and nutrition experience over the last 10 years at multiple large health clubs and has taught cardio kickboxing, TRX as well as nutritional seminars. Her expertise is in core & stability training, speed & agility, sports conditioning, and functional and flexibility training. ”

I enjoy working out and I am a national qualified figure competitor in the National Physique Committee as well as a pro figure competitor in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. My top priority is to educate others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I am extremely excited about fitness and believe the best programs come from listening to your clients’ needs by designing customized programs which include nutrition and tracking results. Michelle
Frieder

Michelle is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. As a certified personal trainer for many years, she worked with clients from adolescents to seniors on resistance training, sports training, TRX, cardiovascular,  agility and mobility training. In addition, she also was a group  fitness instructor for many years teaching a variety of classes including HIIT, bootcamp, Band Booty, spin, TRX, functional strength classes.

Michelle also became a nutrition coach to share her passion for eating healthy with her clients. She has worked both 1:1 and groups to help educate clients on the science behind nutrition, how food affects the body, and the benefits of healthy eating.

Her goal is to help you learn how to use both food and lifestyle choices to help you achieve your goals long term!

With over ten years of expertise in sports performance training, fitness training, and operations management, Mirco Joseph has established a robust footprint in the fitness sector. He employs a multifaceted approach to wellness, utilizing diverse tools to achieve comprehensive and objective results. Mr. Joseph’s extensive background includes coaching, Olympic weightlifting, health promotion, fitness management, and business development, underscoring his deep knowledge of wellness principles, particularly in lifestyle behavior modification and chronic disease prevention and management.

As a Health Advocate with the Nassau County Department of Minority Health Services, he collaborated effectively with community based organizations, local leaders, and service providers to enhance accessibility to health services for underserved populations. His involvement in the “Know Your Status Project,” which focused on delivering rapid HIV testing within selected minority communities, highlights his commitment to public health advocacy. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in planning and executing the Nassau County Health and Sports Expo at Eisenhower Park, fostering community engagement in health and wellness initiatives.

Mr. Joseph also possesses a diverse range of experience across both corporate and private fitness environments. During his tenure as a Student Athletic Trainer at Long Island University, Mr. Joseph focused on injury management and prevention for student athletes, fostering a wellness and peak performance culture. Currently, as a Sports Performance and Corrective Exercise Coach, he designs and implements strength training programs tailored to prepare student athletes for the rigors of collegiate sports.
